Tenco Tencomild chestnut brown transparent (1.0 litre) is a transparent solvent-borne garden stain for standing soft garden timber outdoors. The stain is water-repellent, colour-fast and weather-resistant, and it brings out the wood grain. It is formulated to help delay greying of newly impregnated garden timber. Impregnated timber can usually be stained after a few weeks. Use on fences, screens, sheds, pergolas and sleepers. Not suitable for hardwood and not for walk-on horizontal surfaces such as decking and terraces. Opaque Tencomild is outdoor-only according to Tenco. Apply between 8 °C and 25 °C at max. 80% RH. Dust-dry after about 6 hours at 18 °C, recoatable after about 24 hours. Theoretical coverage 12–15 m² per litre. Clean tools with white spirit. Order online or collect at Jan Sok in Meppel.

Instructions for use
Application according to the Tenco product data sheet:
- Stir: Stir thoroughly before and during use.
- Substrate: Apply to clean, dry, grease-free timber with a soft long-hair brush.
- New timber: At least 2 coats. Thin the first coat with about 10% white spirit, then apply an undiluted second coat.
- Maintenance: One undiluted coat is usually enough.
- Conditions: Minimum 8 °C and maximum 25 °C at 80% RH.
- Tools: Clean with white spirit, not water.
