A zinc gutter lasts a long time and suits a classic facade. At Jan Sok that is the zinc M280 hanging gutter, 2.00 m for €43.45 and 3.00 m for €57.20 (prices 23 October 2026, incl. VAT). Matching parts are an end cap (€8.55), internal and external corners (€38.45), a gutter connector (€20.80) and zinc brackets from €5.75. You carry the water away with zinc downpipe Ø80 of 2.00 m (€31.05) or 3.00 m (€46.10), with bends, sockets and a leaf separator. Many zinc parts carry the KOMO mark.
A cheaper PVC gutter is also available. The PVC box gutter 95 mm costs €17.50 per 4.00 m, the box gutter 125 mm €37.75 and the beaded gutter 125 mm €33.75. Matching PVC downpipe comes in Ø60, Ø70 and Ø80 mm. For drainage below ground, use PVC pipe.
How to replace a gutter:
- Measure the length of the old gutter and count the corners, end caps and outlets.
- Remove the old gutter and brackets and check the fascia board for rot.
- Fit the brackets with a slight fall towards the outlet.
- Lay the gutter in the brackets and fit the end caps, corners and connectors.
- Connect the downpipe and test with a bucket of water.
Finish a neat roof edge with roof trims.
